We manage the entire Amazon channel for our clients, covering packaging, operations, SEO, advertising, and more.

The Job

The Senior Marketing Manager will sit on the Business Development team and will
work to continue to establish Cartograph as the industry leader in our space. As our Senior
Marketing Manager, you will help lead our B2B marketing efforts, working closely with
leadership and owning projects that help us connect with future and current clients.

This position has strategic oversight and planning, building out the processes and path towards Cartograph's growth and exposure. We’re looking for someone who can think big, someone who is excited about shaping our marketing efforts, collaborating across teams, and helping Cartograph grow. The Senior Marketing Manager will lead our relationships with our content creation agency to drive forward execution. This position also supports our VC and referral relationships regarding lead generation and relationship building.

As the Senior Marketing, you will:

• Develop marketing initiatives that position the team as experts and leaders in the eCommerce and CPG space. Owning and driving the B2B marketing strategy for the organization
• Drives cross functional collaboration and accountability
• Paid campaigns: build strategy, execute, and report from start to finish
• Create and distribute external knowledge sharing initiatives including monthly email newsletters, weekly learnings to social channels, and management of our Amazon Hotline in Slack
• Maintain and improve Cartograph website and work with web development team on landing pages
• Generate insights and publishable knowledge in the format of blog posts, case studies, newsletters, or other articles
• Build distribution channels and help generate awareness for Cartograph’s services o External stakeholder and relationship builder
• This position requires continuous learning, creative problem solving, analytics, and flexibility

Who Are You?

We are looking for individuals with:

• 5+ years of professional experience of B2B marketing
• 4-year college degree in the marketing field preferred
• Experience leading marking campaigns on different platforms from start to finish
• Bonus points if you’ve worked with CPG Brands Previously
• You’re strategy minded and enjoy building marketing goals that align with big picture goals and move the business forward.
• You have hands-on marketing experience and aren’t afraid to dive in
• You know how to balance strategy and execution, thinking ahead while staying close to the work that brings ideas to life.
• Experience driving interdepartmental communication and accountability
• Passion for life-long learning and problem solving – we live on the cutting edge of eCommerce innovation and often must self-teach on new topics to stay ahead.
• Strong organizational skills with strong verbal and written communication skills comfort communicating independently and in a remote environment
• Motivation, self-discipline, and dependability are MUSTS. We give our team significant autonomy and responsibility, and work remotely, so we’re looking for people who have a track record of “owning” projects and driving them to completion.
